If for some reason your products do not operate as expected or in the rare event you experience a system failure, simply contact us and we'll repair your item under warranty. Please note that this warranty covers manufacturer defects and faults only and does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.

I've tried every ps5 pro controller, and nothing could compare to the nancon revolution pro I use to own. Im enjoy the nancon controller design, build quality, and the programming.

The best controller I have ever bought, I have pro controllers from other brands (almost all of them have stick drift) and personally the Nacon Revolution 5 Pro surpasses them in almost all aspects, I love the fact that this controller use hall effect joysticks.
I purchased this controller a couple weeks ago, after having 2 dualshock controllers less than a year old, both go into catastrophic stick drift in the same week, to the point the controllers were unusable. Mind you I'm a very competitive gamer, and i could not be happier. 10/10 will recommend to every ps5 player i meet. This is hands down without a doubt the best controller i have ever had the pleasure of using.
